Proposal WritingA-to-Z grant writing services Grant Runner offers complete project management of your organization’s grant-seeking program. This includes prospect research, proposal writing, editing, submission, and reporting services. We offer several options for service delivery including: Monthly Retainer - the most flexible, responsive, and cost-effective option - with a typical consulting period of eight (8) to sixteen (16) months. Flat packages start at $1650/month and retainer spots are limited. Priced by individual grant submission - which requires more planning and lead time for effective response. Hourly rates start at $109/per hour. Important to note: Newly formed nonprofits should secure their IRS 501(c)(3) letter of determination prior to seeking grant funding. As with all funding applications, proposal submission is not a guarantee of grant awarding. Grant Runner cannot imply and does not promise to fund its clients on the basis of any work performed on their behalf.

Access to your electronic Grant Readiness Workbook – a detailed checklist that your organization can return to again and again as you prepare grant responses Scheduled initial makiniMIND session to explore your organization’s goals and strengths guided by the responses in your readiness workbook Comprehensive Grant Prospect Report Ten (10) business day turnaround time from our initial makiniMIND session Scheduled follow-up makiniMIND session to review the report and answer any additional questions The Grant Prospect Report Minimum of eight (8) foundation prospects along with a survey of available state and local government-funded opportunities Contact information for each prospect Eligibility criteria for each grant Giving history and award data for each prospective funder Our rationale for each funder recommendation Detailed notes on how to tailor your grant response for each application Timeline showing key dates for quick entry to your organizational calendar Important to note: A limited number of prospect research packages are offered each month.
